Budget appoints executives

Budget Group, which owns Budget Rent a Car Corp. and truck-rental firm Ryder TRS, Inc., has tapped Tyler Best to be vp and chief technology officer and David Coonfield as vp-Shared Services.
Best will oversee all information technology functions across Budget Group. He most recently served as the executive strategist and chief information officer for Lifestyle Furnishings International in High Point, NC.
Coonfield will be responsible for all financial shared services processing activities at corporate centers in Orlando and Denver.
