ExxonMobil fleet card

Dec 1, 2001 12:00 PM

ExxonMobil's fuel marketing company unveiled a new fleet card program in conjunction with General Electric Capital Corp. last month. Users can obtain 3.5% rebates on fuel purchases at Exxon and Mobil fueling stations, and fleet managers can request customized reports that track fuel card purchases, making it easier to keep tabs on driver spending and fuel use, as well as vehicle efficiency. The cards can be linked to Speedpass, ExxonMobil's pay-at-the-fuel-pump system, which uses a special transponder to charge fuel purchases to a specific account. In addition to the fuel rebates, users get discounts on products and services at the Exxon and Mobil fuel stations.
