Prime joins BASC May 6, 2003 12:00 PM U.S. Customs and the Business Anti-Smuggling Coalition (BASC) have certified Prime Inc., an international refrigerated, flatbed and liquid bulk truckload carrier headquartered in Springfield, MO.
BASC is a voluntary program for business with no Customs-imposed mandates. However, corporate participants are expected to set self-imposed business standards that will prevent the import of narcotics and terrorists.
