Corporate Vision, a venture capital firm based in Tulsa, OK, said it plans to purchase Stony's Trucking Co., an Ohio-based trucking company that owns B-Right Trucking Co. and B-Right Intermodal Transport. The deal, subject to a financial audit and the satisfactory completion of due diligence, is tentatively scheduled to be completed within the next 60 days.

B-Right Trucking is a non-asset based, common and contract carrier, operating predominately throughout the Midwest, South and Southwest. Its sister company, B-Right Intermodal, is a national transporter of ocean containers, rail containers and privately owned equipment. Stony's, a family owned and operated carrier, currently generates annual revenues in excess of $40 million, said Corporate Vision.

Corporate Vision, a business venture company with current holdings and investments in technologies and the environment, said it plans for the Stony’s purchase to be the cornerstone of its newly formed transportation division and act as a catalyst for future growth.
