FMCSA drops plans to regulate farm trucks as CMVs

The agricultural industry is able to breathe a collective sigh of relief after the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) dropped its intention to regulate agricultural vehicles as commercial motor vehicles (CMV).
