International Truck & Engine Corp. has launched a certified pre-owned truck program to offer used vehicles that pass an 83-point inspection and maintenance process.

Its certification includes the annual inspection required by the Dept. of Transportation and the replacement of water, fuel, oil and air filters, as well as the belts. Vehicles must also pass a fluid analysis from samples taken from the engine, cooling system, transmissions and differentials done to indicate the readiness of major components.
