Thermo King has launched its new Premier Maintenance program to provide “nationwide consistency for preventive maintenance service performed exclusively at Thermo King dealers.” The company noted that the new program offers the convenience of consistent individual invoicing and scheduling without any contractual agreements or third-party involvement.

“With this new program, customers will experience the convenience of Thermo King’s certified service and consistent nationwide pricing,” said Duane Felumlee, Thermo King category specialist, OE parts. “Also convenient is the fact that many of our participating dealerships have extended hours, driver amenities, available mobile service and a variety of other useful services for customers.”

Premier Maintenance service is provided by certified technicians using only genuine Thermo King parts for Thermo King and Carrier unit and is backed by a Thermo King warranty.

Customers can choose from a selection of preventive maintenance programs, such as Thermo King Premier , which includes oil filter, fuel filter, oil and 30-point inspection and Thermo King PremierPlus , which includes oil filter, fuel filter, oil and 70-point inspection.
