Multimedia notebook for drivers

Long haul drivers who carry notebook computers can also use the new Toshiba Qosmio model as an entertainment center combining television, CD player, DVD player and digital video recorder with a high-performance PC.

The new line, which includes the “affordable” Qosmia F25-AV205 with a suggested priced just under $2,000, features a 15.4-in. widescreen display, Windows XP Media Center 2005 operating system, an integrated WiFi modem, as well as a high-performance NVIDIA graphics accelerator and double-layer DVD Super Drive.

Other specs for the notebook/multimedia center include Penitium M 750 processor, 100 GB hard driver, built-in Harmon/Kardon speakers and a Multimedia Center Audio/USB Hub for connection to other entertainment equipment.
